BUILD MUSCLE AND LOSE BODY FAT IN OUR CLASSES

MONDAY

RISER

Rise and Shine, It’s Monday! What better way to start the week with our RISER Class. This class mainly consists of lower body exercises mainly focusing on hinge movements. The class will be divided into 3 phases (2x strength and 1x conditioning) which will help to increase muscular strength and endurance, as well as improving your cardiovascular system.

TUESDAY

PUSHER

Our PUSHER class focuses on upper body strength and consists mainly of Horizontal Pushing and Vertical Pull movements. You will be challenged with different variables such as increasing weight and changing tempos. Be prepared to get stronger and leaner, as this class will PUSH you beyond your limits. Oh, and be ready for the little conditioning phase at the end!

WEDNESDAY

BURNER

For those of you wanting to be the fittest you can be, our BURNER Class is the class for you! You will be forced to challenge yourself. Aerobic and Anaerobic systems will be tested by longer sets and shorter rest periods. Our BURNER Class will keep that heart pumping throughout resulting in boosted metabolism, fat burning and sizzling those calories.

THURSDAY

POWER

Our POWER Class mainly consists of lower body exercises mainly focusing on Squat movements. The class will be divided into 3 phases (2x strength and 1x conditioning) which will help to increase muscular strength and endurance, as well as improving your cardiovascular system.

FRIDAY

STRONGER

Our STRONGER Class focuses on upper body strength and consists mainly of Vertical Pushing and Horizontal Pull movements. Your Upper body will be tested with different variables such as increasing weight and changing tempos. You will get STRONGER, Leaner and your posture will be improved as you develop correct moving patterns and technique. The little conditioning phase at the end of class will also leave you feeling great and satisfied.

SATURDAY

STRIVER

Participating in our STRIVER Class is the perfect way to start your weekend as it enables you to get the best of both worlds. Mixing up full body resistance training with high intensity cardio will definitely torch those calories, boost your metabolism and make you stronger than ever! The body and mind will be tested in this bad boy of a class, so bring your A-game.
